Garmalda ("Alma") is the clown of the family! She is very intelligent and is always ready to play and is an unbelievebable jumper! She can jump up 1,5 meter just like that. She likes to "talk" and has many different voices to express herself, but she is not a barker at all. She is also very kind and friendly to everyone and specially likes children. She would have been wonderfull agilitydog if I had time for that.

I specially love her beautifull redbrown colour! It is very interesting to see, if she leaves that colour to her puppies, too. This colour comes from her fathers side but her mothers side is full of different variations of grey colour. It will also be interesting to see, if she carries the white markings like her mother has. In her first litter (Jaxonville I-litter with Fennican Åskar Arneson) she had two puppies. The other redbrown like herself and the other gray like Åskar.

Garmaldas front legs could be straighter and she also could be wider from back, but to me all her faults in anatomy are minor things when I think of her personality and the whole of the dog. She has got her Certs from judges: Leif-Herman Wilberg, Lilian Hanniste and Bill Walkey

Unfortunately in the last scanning her eyes were found not healthy! She has that mysterious J175 and will not be used in breeding anymore. So far I have noticed anyting in her sight.

Her daughters have already successfully started their showcareer. I am kind of happy that I could use Garmalda in breeding before the problem in her eyes was found. Now we have a little more material to study this new problem which at least with Garmalda is no problem yet.

Chasing Bessie is one of her favorite sports! They can do it for hours. When Bessie was a puppy, she really was a pain in Garmaldas neck but her patiency really surprised me. When she was totally pissed off to that arrogant puppy, she calmed her down by sitting on her!

Since Garmalda is not used in breeding anymore we found that it was better for her to get a life as a pet dog. My friend Pertti Ahlgren was willing to offer her that lifestyle and now she is living as loved pet with Pertti. It is amazing how well everything has settled and she really seems to enjoy her life as an only dog. Well, they visit here often and she also gets the change to meet her friends Bessie and Emma and have a good play every now and then ;-) .
